Manchester City are the new favourites to retain the Premier League title they won last season. A month ago Liverpool were as short as 4/9 to win their first ever Premier League medals but a run of draws and defeat to City has seen their seven point lead fade away.

Liverpool lacked penetration at west Ham midweek and in truth could easily have lost that game. They need to bounce back against Bournemouth at Anfield on Saturday. They can go top again with City playing Sunday at home to Chelsea.

Chelsea beat City back in December and have won two of their last six at the Etihad - so its no shoo in for City - but they are at the top of their game right now - which Chelsea may not be despite the 5-1 hammering of Huddersfield last time.

City are no bigger than 4/9 with Chelsea 11/2. Bournemouth are as big as 15/1 with Betfair to shock Anfield.

Elsewhere, Manchester United  can win again at the expense of Fulham. Arsenal should be too good for Huddersfield but can't be trusted at odds-on away from home. game to avoid.

Burnley may get at least a draw at Brighton and laying the home side at 11/10 looks a decent shout. Burnely are on the up and Brighton are on the down.
