CAPITAL 1 CUP ARSENAL MAY WIN DESPITE INJURIES

ARSENAL MAY WIN DESPITE INJURIES

23rd September 2014

Tonight's capital 1 Cup games are trappy - with plenty of question marks over team selcetion.

Arsenal's price has drifted on the back of some horrendous team news for Arsenal and at evens or better the Gunners might actually be value.

Southampton are unbeaten since the opening day defeat at Anfield and they have been well supported to cause an upset. But they made changes against Millwall in the last round and made hard work of it initially.

Arsenal will be tougher.

Another bet may well be Bradford City at 7/2 to beat MK Dons. The home side are too short following their win over Man United in the alst round. Bradford are more than capable on their day and reached the final of this competition two seasons ago from League2.

They are 7/2 shots with Bet365 which looks worth a punt.

Leyton orient don't know whether boss Russell Slade is still in charge as Cardiff City want his services. Whatever the situation it will have disrupted his team - who have not hit top form yet anyway.

Sheffield United were surprisngly beaten by Swindon but can bounce back at decent odds. They put out West Ham in the last round away from home. Like Bradford they have very good cup pedigree under their current boss reachning last season's FA Cup semi-finals.

The treble pays over 27/1 with Bet365
