Argentina could fail to quaslify for the last 16 for the first time since 2002 when they did that in Japan/South Korea. Before then it was 1962!

On paper, what looked a very winnable Group has turned into a nightmare for Argentina. Held by minnows Iceland in the first game, Croatia swept them away in the second.

Talisman Lionel Messi missed a vital penalty in the first match and that could come back to haunt them.

Nigeria came good over the Icelandics and they have plenty of pace to trouble the Argentine back-four.

Like Germany last week you always fear they will pull someting out of the hat and they may well do.

But, Nigeria have to win the game and that could be a good thing for them. They are not good at soaking up pressure - and open game will suit their style and 5/1 about an upset looks worth a punt.
