Whether Jose Mourhino has lost interest or not, recent events suggest he might be crafting his own downfall at Old Trafford.

A suicidal formation saw them well and truly hammered at West Ham at the weekend and they have now failed to win any of the last three. They were dumped out of the Caraboa Cup by Derby on penalties and held 1-1 by a better side in Wolves in the last two Old Trafford games.

You have to go back 8 years for the last time United failed to win in three home games.

The off field spat with Pual Pogba rumbles on - the later hardlt touched a blade of grass at the Olympic Stadium and was hauled off in the second half. Marcus Rashford at least showed some spark and the England forward would hope to get a start against Valencia.

The Spaniards are a tight outfit and tonight's game may not be a classic. Unite will hope to avoid dfeat and nick the game - a point would be a good result for the away side.

Given current form United are no value at all at 7/10, and if anything the draw at 3s would be a bet - the game could stay level well into the second period at which time laying off some of the bet may be an option.
